1. Mi-CARD MEMBERSHIP

1. Mi-CARD MEMBERSHIP

  1. To apply for a MiCiti Card membership you must:
    a. be aged 16 years or over
    b. have a current New Zealand residential address
    c. have an email account
  2. The member must register and complete a application form in-store or online (www.miciti.nz) entering the following: the person’s details, the store’s name and the MiCiti card number.
  3. Once the registration is completed and submitted, the member will be notified by email of confirmation.
  4. If a customer registers online their MiCiti Card will be posted (member’s address) within 3 to 7 working days.
  5. If a customer registers in-store they can receive their MiCiti Card straight away.

  1. The member can get up to 10% discount on any purchase over $10.
  2. The member can received up to 10% discount only at the store’s discretion.
  3. Any purchase over $500 will only be cap at the value of $50 discount if 10% is offered.
  4. The discount offer up to 10% cannot be deducted on the use of the member’s MiCiti Card.
  5. The discount offer up to 10% is only valid during a launch or promotional season.
  6. The discount offer up to 10% must be agreed between the store and the member before a sales transaction is made.

  1. The MiCiti Card is now FREE to register.
  2. The member can receive there MiCiti Card by post or at any registered stores.
  3. MiCitiNZ reserve the right to amend, add or change designs or specs at any given time or for any reason.

  1. MiCiti Card is not a credit card; prepay card, charge card or a discount card. MiCiti Card is a loyalty card.
  2. Card number will be printed on the front of MiCiti Card.
  3. MiCiti Card will be coded with a 16 digit number registered to the card owner
  4. MiCiti Card can only be used or swiped through an EFTPOS terminal machine;
    a. at any participating local store
    b. after the sales transaction
  5. A fee of $5 will be charged and debited from the members account to reissue or replace a new MiCiti Card
  6. The first replacement MiCiti Card will be free.
  7. The lost MiCiti Card code number will be terminated.

  1. Cash or Eftpos sales transaction can benefit the Loyalty programme
  2. Cheque or Credit card payments will not receive Cash Points

  1. When applying for a MiCiti Card during a transaction or registering with MiCiti website, the member will be aware of and will comply in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
  2. The member must access and activate their Mi-Card Membership account within 72 hours of registration.
  3. If the member does not activate within 72 hours then the member must contact MiCitiNZ by phone or by email.
  4. A new password will be generated and forwarded to the member’s email.
  5. It is the member’s responsibility to update online any personal detail changes (including, address, email address, bank account or phone number).
  6. Also the member must immediately contact MiCitiNZ office by phone or by email if a MiCiti Card is lost or stolen so that MiCitiNZ can protect your account from fraud or theft.
  7. A member can only move its membership to another registered store if there is a written service complaint.
  8. MiCitiNZ can only transfer the member’s membership once to another registered store by a written request.
  9. MiCitiNZ reserves the right to randomly selected a registered store
  10. MiCiti Card or Cash Points are non-transferable, without a written notice approval by MiCitiNZ

7. EARNING CASH POINTS

7. EARNING CASH POINTS

  1. The Cash Points balance is for the member’s use only
  2. The member will receive a $2 Cash Point bonus in their member’s account when the member’s registration fee is paid.
  3. The Cash Points are calculated at 1% on any sales transaction (through an EFTPOS terminal) purchase over $10.
  4. There is no expiry date on the member’s Cash Points.
  5. No Cash Points are calculated on the following; any purchase under $10, cheque, cash out, cancellation or a refund given.
  6. MiCitiNZ may correct erroneous, invalid points or adjust for reversed transactions at any time even if it would put your membership account into a negative points balance.
  7. The member may check their points balance at any time on MiCiti website login. (www.miciti.nz/login)
  8. The member cannot transfer, sell, or give their points to any other member.
  9. MiCitiNZ are not responsible for any delay or failure of the Service Provider to notify us of the details, account balance or data of transactions.
  10. Cash Points account can be redeemed for real cash dollar value.
  11. The minimum under $10 in the member’s account balance cannot be redeemed.
  12. To redeem the Cash Point dollar, the members account must have sufficient funds over $10.
  13. To claim a Cash Point dollar to be credited into the member’s bank account, the member must have the value of $10 or more.

8. LOCAL MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW

8. LOCAL MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW

  1. The member can enter the local monthly prize draw on the account of one swipe (purchase over $10 through an EFTPOS terminal machine) qualifies one ticket entry to the local prize draw.
  2. The member can enter as many times by using their MiCiti Card within that month.
  3. The local monthly prize draw will be drawn on the 7th of the next following month.
  4. The winning member will be notified by email before the 12th of each month and will be promoted on the website after the 12th of each month.
  5. The winner will receive double or triple cash points.
